• If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, the original stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is being processed when odds change during live betting, the bet will be settled at the new odds.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Lottery tickets cannot be changed or cancelled after purchase.

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering.
• Hacking or Cheating: Using software or bots to gain an unfair advantage.

• The user requests Self-Exclusion.
